Датчик устанавливается на внешнюю горизонтальную плоскость резервуара над самой низкой точкой резервуара. Датчик используется с монитором контроля состояния баков BEP 600-TLM-N и с указателями уровня жидкости Teleflex, Faria, VDO (см. указатели уровня топлива в разделе Приборы контроля).

Датчик настраивается на выходные параметры: электрическое сопротивление 33-240 Ом, 10-180 Ом, напряжение 0-5В. Датчик можно настраивать для резервуаров различных размеров с помощью специального программного обеспечения BEP Marine, без пробного наполнения резервуара. • The TS1 is capable of sensing water, waste, petrol and diesel in polyethylene, aluminium, stainless steel and fibreglass tanks.
• Once programmed by Tek-Tanks the TS1 is easy to fit, extremely accurate and no moving parts.
• Much more reliable than devices such as float sensors which are prone to getting jammed.
• Works with petrol, diesel, fresh water, grey water and black water.
• Can be used with both metal and plastic tanks.
• The Ultrasonic Sender is a revolutionary breakthrough in measuring levels in virtually any type or shape of tank.

It solves a complex problem that in the past, lots of different sender solutions were needed for different tanks. The TS1 sender can be used in ANY tank between 200 and 2000mm in depth and it is compatible with virtually any meter head type. The TS1 must be mounted 150mm away from any tank wall or vertical baffle. It works by using ultrasonic waves to measure the fluid level rather than relying on senders either sat in the fuel, on-top of the fuel or installed at different heights through the side of the tank. The unit is low profile and uses an industry standard SAE 5 stud mounting pattern with a gasket seal and washer and can therefore be easily retrofitted in the place of existing senders as well as used for new fits.

The Ultrasonic sender is pre-programmed for linear tanks to 2 meters in depth and with a 0-5 volt output. For nonlinear tanks and different outputs, Tek Tanks can pre-program units for customers.

Alternative outputs of 10 - 180 ohms, 10-300 ohms, 240-33 ohms and 1-5 volts are available.

The new TSI Ultrasonic Tank Sender can be used on fuel (petrol or diesel), fresh water, grey water or black water tanks. One part number suits all tanks.

• The TSI is programmable for the following outputs, 240-33 ohm, 10-180 ohm and 0-5 volt.
• The TSI offers low profile and standard SAE 5 hole mounting pattern, allowing it to be retrofitted to practically all other sender brands.
• The TSI can be programmed for tank dimensions via a computer utalising BEP Marine's propietary TSI software, avoiding experimental tank filling on site.
• The TSI is configured to a 0-5v output and will connect straight into the BEP 600-TLMN digital tank monitor.
• When configured to a 240-33ohm or 10-180ohm output the TSI can be connected to teleflex, Faria, VDO and many other popular instrument brands. When connected to non-adjustable gauges the TS1 must be pre-calibrated.
• Standard off the shelf TS1 sender is set for 0-2M depth.
